>mfw the haters thought they had won
we back baby
there will be a statement from EDP forthcoming later this afternoon
>mfw CHIP OUT protesters show up at Owl 50 events
I was already prepared for that in the summer of 2014 when the talks for harbaugh's contract extension were breaking down in the most toxic of ways.
this gunna be gud. for you guys. free memeposting AND shitposting ammo for at least a decade.
for me, I'm so beyond despair all I can do is just laugh my ass off at this.
There are literally hundreds of up and coming coords and assistants that could become an excellent head coach.
>49ers hire probably the shittiest coach available
>Giants hire a 100 year old man with dementia
what in the actual fuck?
I'm going to bite, the Eagles were always a trainwreck. If he blows it in San Fran then he's shit.
Kaep was godlike in 2012/2013. He was doing what Cam was doing now only way more efficiently. Maybe Chip can undo what the Seahawks did to him mentally because got damn he is fucking scared of those guys
He not good tard, he was carried by a elite defense and Smiths 7-1 record before his SB win and we see how shit he's always been without a defense to bail him out. He's got no accuracy what so ever. He's trash.
are you projecting again tamarcus?
/sp/ had a field day with him this year. we laughed our asses off because he wasn't even relevant except in a dumpster fire way.
/sp/ wasn't mad, /sp/ was happy.
Given Name CRISPIN
USAGE: English (Rare)
PRONOUNCED: KRIS-pin [key]
Meaning & History
From the Roman cognomen Crispinus which was derived from the name CRISPUS. Saint Crispin was a 3rd-century Roman who was martyred with his twin brother Crispinian in Gaul. They are the patrons of shoemakers. They were popular saints in England during the Middle Ages, and the name has occasionally been used since that time.
Eagles fan here:
enjoy your shit seasons 9cucks, go have a gay pride parade or something to take your mind off the upcoming 3-13 seasons
>Ian Rapoport @RapSheet 23m
>Trent Baalke will maintain his power as the GM in charge of personnel. For the #49ers, Chip Kelly will just coach. Which is good.
dude where have you been, it's been ages
you can't really call chip an upgrade when he's got an ego just as large as harbaugh's, doesn't have the right players to fit the scheme he wants, and won't be given personnel control.
this is destined to end in a trainwreck, and yet York, Baalke and Kelly decided to board the meme train anyways.
Nick Foley had ONE good year when the league was busy trying to adapt to chip.
And now everyone has. And chip has been exposed as completely one dimensional and resistant to change.
He'll be fired after 2 years max
Jets, Cowboys, Saints, Bucs, Bills, Dolphins, Bears, Falcons, Seahawks and Rams
That's 10 wins or the radiation is making me delusional.
I've been in Japan since August. I wake up Monday mornings and all the NFL games are already over ;_;
Is it that hard to believe?
I truly believe that Chip will have more success in Santa Clara than he did in Philadelphia.
the funny thing is, you could end up being right. I severely doubt it, but even if it does, that doesn't mean we're in the clear.
york has already proven that even if chip turns around the team instantly and takes us to several 10+ win seasons and deep playoff runs, his job is STILL not safe.
I think just knowing that makes me more bitter than expecting that he's just gonna burn out immediately.
We white again
Cowboys and Rams
The only other one i'll give you is tampa bay. but they may even beat you if good crablegs shows up.
you are fucking delusional if you think you'll beat all those teams.
On the plus side, all the 49'ers good players already left on their own so Chip can't fuck that up.
And that offence, in that division. Are the 49'ers really just cruising to get #1 picks the next couple of years so the next coach has something to work with?
>I truly believe that Chip will have more success in Santa Clara than he did in Philadelphia
he wont. in philly he got to actually build his team around what he wanted to do. it took no time for the league to figure it out.
now he has a team that he will not be allow to change at all or very little.
you'll be lucky to get 5 wins next season.
I've spent so much time making fun of Chip Kelly when he was with the Eagles and now he coaches my team?
God, I feel like an ass and I'm having a hard time trying to find a bright spot here.
Chip Kelly is a better coach than Jim Tomsula so there's at least that.
Maybe Trent Baalke will get fired.
It took teams one year to figure that garbage out now he gets to play the Cards, Rams and Seahawks Defense 6 times a year with his shitty QB and terrible Oline. You guys will finish 2-14 and chips gone after next year back to college
Reminder that chip said he didnt want GM powers in philly, just to coach. reminder that a year later he cucked the GM and took over. this being said as an eagles fan i think chip is a good coach, he just got a little carried away. i think getting fired may have humbled him to adapt a bit more.
Jed York is such a fucking idiot. Chip Kelly is going to cut Krapperdick even though he's the perfect qb for the meme offense because no niggers allowed. Everyone good on the 49ers is old as shit and black as hell so Kelly will most likely try to clean house again then get fired for it because York won't be able to stomach a rebuild long enough for the white power meme team to get built.
it took two. we were a top 5 offense his first two years
If he didn't go to the 49ers, maybe.
Trent Baalke has all the personnel power and fighting over it is what his role in driving Harbaugh out was about.
Trent Baalke doesn't give up power and drives out coaches who challenge his power. But I think this coaching search really opened Jed's eyes so a Kelly power grab might work. Not this season but maybe next offseason.
And Tom Gamble is an assistant GM who was really pushing for Chip so he could be promoted to GM if Trent loses a power struggle with Chip.
Kaepernick can throw. His problem is that he puts to much power on it and throws too far every single time. Now that all his receivers are old as shit/less talented than the initial group it has been exposed.
What young, talented receiver did Kaepernick lose?
The only one who comes close to that description is Crabtree.
I guess if you want to count Vernon Davis, but he wasn't young and Kaepernick was never able to get the ball to him anyway.
why would they have problems going slower? its like learning to play a song super fast on guitar. if you slow down after playing fast its easy.
ye if your oline already has problems with penalties youre in for a ride
He had Vernon Davis and Anquan Boldin when they were both more productive. They had Randy Moss too. Throwing to those guys who can catch anything made him look better. Now that Boldin lost a step and the Stevie Johnson experiment failed it was clear as day he wasn't as big a factor as previously thought. Crabtree put up 85/922/9 with the Raiders this season which further proves it. Davis and Crabtree both called him out for overthrowing and they have been proven right.
Let me tell you something, I've been watching this game for 30 years, and no rookie has ever impressed me as much as Hayne has. I've seen all the greatest. I've seen 30 superbowls. I've seen it all man. Hayne has that something special that I've only seen in very few players.
I went from D3 football to D1 rugby when I transferred schools and was immediately a starter on my team, which made playoffs. Its not hard to understand the rules. If you're a good athlete the skills from your prior sports are pretty transferrable. I've done enough oklahoma drills in my life to blast a guy on a ruck and other than the binding during the scrum everything came very easily. I scored a try in my first game.
The biggest different in union and gridiron is the tackling. In gridiron I tackle you with impact in an attempt to stop your motion forward completely.
Face it. You're just going to keep moving the goal posts no matter what he does.
Moving to another country to play a sport you've never played before, and within a year making the main roster of an NFL team, something which millions of talented athletes who've played the sport their whole lives never manage to do, IS impressive no matter how you try to spin it.
Our thoughts exactly. We have a few of those special players (not all in the NRL) that have attributes similar to Hayne but the massive difference is Jarryd had a vision and a dream to play in the NFL and if it wasn't the encouragement of who he looked up to (Reggie Bush) Hayne would have still been jamming Madden on the XBox. Now you 49er faithful are seeing his X-factor. There is more to come champ, watch this space.
