I only got good at running because I wanted to be as fast as Ichiro for many years when I was little.
>Today with the news about Ken Griffy Jr on the front page I had memories of watching him and the Mariners just flood my brain and decided to look up some of my old favorite players as well. After hours of looking at Edger Martinez, Jay Buhner, Ichiro Suzuki, Dave Wilson and various others I eventually migrated to youtube to look up some highlight reals.

Hate to see Revere leave but I hope he does well with Washington. Hopefully Storen can be a great reliever again after that poor second half last season. Wonder if this means that Sanchez might get stretched out to be a potential starter if Hutchison shits the bed in spring training while having Chavez do long relief duty.

That being said, I'd much rather keep Sanchez as a late inning reliever since I think he's more suited for it. Would be pretty happy with having Cecil/Storen/Sanchez there with Osuna closing out games again. Still need another lefty in the pen though since Loup didn't look too good last season obviously (although I think he can certainly bounce back).

I'm not opposed to that personally but I don't think that they will. I think the Jays sort of see him as a closer since he's mature beyond his years and loves the 9th inning role. At the same time though, I'm sure they'll stretch him out if not this season but next.
