If you mean the Dominican Republic, I can't really say it really depends what you're looking for. The one thing I personally like about this place is that there are many places untouched by tourism so you have beautiful beaches and mountain passages.

You won't find anything as modern as Montevideo here that's for sure.

Big difference between girls in the capital and everywhere else though. The ones in the capital (Santo Domingo) are not much different from American ones, they're pretty loud and bad. The more north you go the better the girls (and ironically the whiter they get, kek). Girls from Santiago (Northern capital) are some of the best girls if you're looking for a wife, tbqh.

Even then I'd say that best looking is a matter of taste.

Argentinians are more produced and more western, yet only 20% as bitchy as your typical first worlder. They can be extremely argumentative though, but people mistake it for bad temper. If you like a less intense version of them then you have uruguayan girls, they aren't as produced but also aren't that aggressive (in the bad and the good).
Brazilians on the other hand are a special case I think in the entire world. With their continental-size and cultural mix you can find pretty much anything: black girls with blue eyes, blondes with bundas, asians with curves. They are very flashy the way they dress and walk, yet somehow always manage to make it work.

Coincidently the most beautiful girls I've seen in person were an argie and a brazilian.
