She was the only one that talked to accuser, Goodell and literally no one else even attempted to talk, and then they ignored her testimony and recommendation and didn't include it in the final hearing or use it as evidence.

This is beyond unfair and completely unethical.

The NFLPA just filed a restraining order to all courts to not uphold a suspension if one were to be handed out, so if Henderson doesn't overturn the suspension and doesn't make Zeke serve any punishment this is all over, if not they're going to court now with key evidence on their side and the NFL lead investigator on their side showing the NFL completely 100% fucked this up and were out to suspend him regardless of evidence and ignored their own employees and their own process of investigation and punishment.

NFL just lost this case, I can already tell, and article 46 has nothing to do with this anymore, this is the NFL breaking their own rules and fucking everything up.
