Remember that time when Hodgson took Fulham to the Europa League final, knocking out Shaktar, Juventus, Wolfsburg and Hamburg, stretching Atletico Madrid all the way to the 116th minute where Diego Forlan finally beat them?
I'm pretty sure everyone that actually cared about it was too hammered at the time to recall it now.
>John Paintsil
Used to do a lap of honour round the pitch after every game or something, absolute legend.
Based Fulham, I miss them in the Prem.

Can they pull a comeback, lads?
Why do fighters always bench press with these rubber bands?
>>74460961
The point of bands is that the resistance is heavier at the strongest point of the movement (top) and lightest at the weakest point (bottom) thus leading to a more even stress on the muscles responsible for it.
Why "fighters always" do it I don't know.
I've heard it helps with "explosiveness" but I'm not really sure what that means
Also nice 1pl8 bench fuckin loser
>1pl8
why doesn't soccer allow the screen (pick) play?
because is gay cheers
It does, but it's useless in the open play.
Set piece routines use screens all the time though

You may not like this, but this is how peak performance looks like.
Four days of darting action in the South West starts tonight with the customary early March Exeter Premier League night. However, tonight is not as straight forward as usual, with current PL champion Michael van Gerwen's throwing style finally catching up to him and ruling him out with a back injury. The lucky man replacing him is dim Dave Chisnall, probably on account of being the only one to lose last week.
Chizzy gets his double night started against Raymond van Barneveld. Barney had to fight back hard last week in his draw against Peter Wright, and with the simpleton being utter gash last time out against Jelle Klaasen, a focused Barney should keep the yellow one rooted at the bottom of the table.
Paedo Suarez himself then aims to follow up his first points of the campaign against Kim Huybrechts in what is undoubtedly a must win match for either man. The two debutants have only recorded three points between them, and with Klaasen starting strong but tailing off in most matches and Waffleboy repeating his 2015 performances (and still reeling from his embarrassing bottlejob against Phil Taylor) this should be close.
Speaking of Pheel, the certified multiple-time Taylor remover Gary Anderson plays him next. Using all of his experience to come from 5-1 down against James Wade, Gando will have to use that and invoke memories of his last PL win against Philth that kicked out the Stokie two years ago. Or he could just giggle again and give away two points.
Adrian Lewis finally showed his best last week against MVG, coming oh so close to beating the autist, and if he repeats that against Peter Wright, who was largely poor versus RVB, he might actually look impressive for once. Just don't mention any cruise exhibitions.
Wadey ends the evening against Chizz, and assuming he has blown it earlier in the evening, only a win against the still unbeaten Machine will keep Jug Ears' survival hopes alive.
Coverage starts from 7:00pm UK time on Sky Sports 1.

Rooting for Fener, with their win, the only team who can kick Zvezda out of playoffs would be Dogus.

Question towards non-Spanish association football fans that follow one or more foreign leagues that are not the Spanish league: what measures would you like the Spanish league to take so that it would increase the appeal of the product at hand (the Spanish first division) towards your liking? I came up with nine steps, but you can add any other that come to mind that you think the league is in dire need of adressing:
A) Full media coverage in English (game narrations, news, podcasts, post-match interviews, etc)
B) A more balanced distribution of TV rights revenue among the clubs
C) Injection of foreign investors' money in midtable clubs
D) More international players and managers (i.e., not from Spain or South America)
E) Earlier game schedules
F) Higher rate attendances, better fan atmosphere
G) Improvement of the refereeing; less leniency towards 'diving'
H) Introduction of US pro leagues format (draft, salary cap, playoffs, encouraging trades)
I) Renovated stadiums
I also made an online poll with the aforementioned nine ideas: http://www.strawpoll.me/12447976
Thank you in advance.
Salary cap in spanish soccer would be hilarious to watch
more evenly spread money
Less halal and barca REFBALL.
