Let's find out.
-MLS and Chinese SuperLeague are still meme leagues
-Argentine and Brazilian league may have a higher quality of play but are in financial disarray
Is Liga MX the best league outside of Europe?
No.
t. Mexican intellectual
Depends on what you call best. In terms of quality, sure Brazil and Argentina are nice, but in terms of excitement, Mexico and Argentina are gods. No game in Brazil is like Boca x River, and our supporters aren't as vivid as Mexico's. I used to watch a lot of Liga MX when ESPN broadcasted it here.
>>76638697
Explain your reasoning.
And by the way, I'm not saying that Liga MX is anywhere near the level of top European leagues. I would argue it's as follows:
-EPL
-La Liga
-Bundesliga
-Eredevise
-Serie A
-Primeira Liga (Portugal)
-League 1
-Belgian League
And then maybe you can throw Liga MX in there.
Why are they so bad at soccer?

As authorized under admin post No. 677151 I formally submit to the community the following idea for improving this board and open the thread for discussion and debate on the issue and for further ideas to be submitted.
There is a common sentiment that the generals are killing /sp/. No longer can you simply browse the first page and see genuine threads on individual topics within a sport, instead most discussion is done in the generals which are permanently bumped to the first few pages of /sp/ making it harder to see the rest of the threads without using the catalog.
I propose a compromise, generals should be allowed to exist since clearly they're quite popular, but in the sake of making the front page more interesting to browse, we should add an [Expand Perma-Stikied Threads] or [Expand Generals] link at the top. All generals should be given a separate section that is normally hidden unless you click to expand it. This way the front page would only be a mixed bag of threads about different individual aspects of sports rather than a bunch of generals. People who want to post in the generals could easily navigate to their threads and post in them so it would be a win/win.
fuck generals, remove that trash altogether, literally are reddit
bring back power rankings threads and allow off-topic gamethreads
make /sp/ great again
move all the american "sports" to /asp/
move all the video games threads to /vg/

Wasn't that your game to win?
VAR is being false flagged right now. The current implementation of VAR has been purposely designed so that fans will be against video ref. This is a part of a long term plan to keep corruption in football.
The next time people complain about refball in the CL or whatever, they will say
>we already tried VAR and it was met with resistance, we are not going to try again
This current idea that most goals should be reviewed, wasting a lot of time, more than necessary and invalidating valid goals (see Chile), and not letting coaches call for a review.
tl;dr VAR is being made to be infuriating for the fans and the players so that they will have an excuse next time an association asks for it
