I was about 127kg 5-6 years ago started playing amerifats football and working in a warehouse and got down to 110ish and got stagnant at that point and stopped exercising again
Dropped smoking and weighing portions recently started weights and jogging since Christmas 2015 down to 97-98kg at the moment
6ft hight, according to BMI the nhs no longer considers me obese, just overweight so it's pretty gucci

Just avoid smoking at all costs - I'm glad you quit.
Ensure that you're drinking no less than 2 litres of water a day.
Avoid all sugary/carbonated drinks (sparkling water is okay).
If you're hungry for a snack, nuts like almonds, cashews, and pistachios (plain/original) are fantastic. They're also good for additional sources of protein.

Most of my lunches at work are prepped at home usually 1 part rice 2 parts veg 1 part meat or ginger eggs
Or whole meal pasta + veg + meat
If I prep it properly the night before I do a cheeky sushi but it's more of a treat

Another thing I had cut is a lot of games I haven't played for at least 4 weeks now and energy drinks have been out of my system for well over 1 1/2 months
It's good that you're spending time preparing your own food.
Make sure you're using whole grain brown rice because it's healthier. I taste very little difference with white rice, so the health benefits are worth it.
Good that you're getting 2 veg in there. Try make sure you're consuming a banana (preferably for breakfast or a snack).
Apples are good too - often referred to as the fruit that cleans your teeth (good for oral hygiene).

I've never had sushi before.
Three litres is fine, but I wouldn't go beyond that.
I'd avoid coffee and switch to green tea - you can get some with vitamins. Some have caffeine in - not as much as coffee, so it's better for you, and better for your oral hygiene (doesn't stain your teeth).
For yogurts, I'd opt for low fat greek/natural yogurts because there's reduced sugar.
For milk, I recently switched to organic oat milk for making porridge, and unsweetened almond milk for muesli. Adults aren't supposed to consume animal milk.
Yeah, good thing you got rid of energy drinks - they're awful.
Gaming is difficult to give up on - I sometimes game every once in a while.

The eggs are scrambled with a bit of pepper then a chunk of ginger for a bit of zing
I guess other large factors are I haven't dropped any Mandy for about 9 months now nor have I smonked de weed since October, I wouldn't call it straight edge but they'd certainly result in a string I bad decisions and mental fuck ups in the past

Marijuana, I don't have much of an issue with, but like other things, e.g. alcohol, it ought to be used in moderation (if it's for recreational purposes as opposed to medical).

It's pretty humorous now I've stopped using I realise how fucked up I was at the time and would rationalise with procrastination and excuses about the state I was in but at the time it's like being completely unaware of the situation and blinded by ignorance
