Keep Them:
It will serve as a reminder of better times.
You will likely regret it in the long run wanting to reread them or something of that sort.
In case you get back together.

Delete Them:
It will help you move on.
It will make you bitter rereading them all over again.
You'll use this to compare other women too.
It will make you obsess.

Middle Ground:
Transfer to a cheap flash drive and toss it in the bottom of a drawer and forget about it. Delete it so you don't have to look at it and move on. If you find it some day its there if you no longer care you can forget about it.
