I'm a dude who used to cut and, honestly, it's a bunch of bullshit. Even if you're not cutting for the cliche boo hoo I'm emo and sad nonsense it's not really worth it in the long term.

Dont make mental illness or eating disorders some romantic or fetish thing. Theyre horrible, they ruin lives, and people going through them need help working past these issues.

I used to cut a lot. Now I mostly just pick at my skin. I also eat 300 calories a day or fewer, but I don't really count as anorexic because I'm not actually that much underweight.
