Most of the time I just drift through life, I feel like I'm invisible most of the time. I honestly try to make an effort but I think I just scare people off. No, I'm not fat or leery, very short or very tall. Seemingly normal on the outside.

Being young (19) you might think time is still somewhat on my side but by this age most people already have loads of friends and romantic relationships, whereas I've lost the few friends I've had by being terribly socially, and now I can't make any. I have pretty much come to terms with the fact that I'll never have a relationship due to my painful awkwardness. I find it increasingly hard to take pleasure from anything. At least if I had an alcohol or drug problem I'd know what was wrong but I don't, so I think I'm doomed to a miserable, lonely existence until I die.

As somebody who has gotten over extreme social anxiety, I don't think jumping in the deep end is the best way to go about it, as in trying to act like you're super social and going out a lot. You just want to tackle individual fears, like approaching people, going to a specific event, asking somebody out, etc., when the opportunity arises, or make yourself take the opportunity to do so when it arises.
And when you find yourself hesitating to do something because of your awkwardness, try to picture the first step in your head (say, walking up to somebody and introducing yourself) for a moment so that you're "rehearsed" at least for the beginning. Picture the first step strongly in your head, count to 3 and go. Once you start, it's usually easy to ride the momentum because you have some idea of why you're doing it in the first place.
That's an example of a tactic that I used in the past, at least. It takes many tries and a lot of effort to overcome. Took me several years, although I was also a teenager and didn't know exactly what "not awkward" even was.

20 mg of Prozac and now 4mg of Edronax which apparently isn't available in America. It gives me so much more energy to do stuff and get out of bed in the morning but also causes some more anxiety as well as a slew of other side effects (the worst one being ED to be honest).

I've had shit luck with dating sites, too; to the point that I don't even use them any more.

Since I quit work I've gained about 5 pounds, fortunately I don't think I could easily gain too much more without effort (I try to eat moderately healthy and even when I fail that, I get too full too quickly to balloon too far beyond that). I stay in. It's so easy for me to not leave the house for days at a time if something like work or an appointment of some kind doesn't drag me out of the house. If I'm a NEET too long, it might become unhealthy.

I stopped playing video games when the N64 went out of style (but still love the retro stuff). GoldenEye 64 and Mario 1-3 are still great fun.

I absolutely hate bars. I don't know what to do when I get there (there's no where to stand or sit down because lots of times it's an open floor plan with nothing to congregate around). My anxiety spikes and I feel like I'm in literally everyone's way.

I bought the Game Cube with its main Mario title and Mario Kart and didn't enjoy either of them so I never played them much. And after that I never enjoyed the games I did play (mostly over at my friend's) so I wasn't going to spend hundreds of dollars on the counsel and a few games.
