I've got faith in you brother. Something I did to lose weight was making a point of not finishing things in one sitting. So say I had a pack of chips or a pizza or something, no matter what I would leave a slice, or a few chips. And as I progressed I found I was able to leave more and more and stopped eating passively so much. There was always a point for me when I was eating just to finish the food off but I wasn't even enjoying it any more.
