Two years ago my mother was diagnosed with Acute Mylogenous Leukemia. This was one year after my father had a stroke and lost almost all of his mobility. I was very close to suicide, but I i thought that if I did that there would be no one for my family to lean on. I thought it would be cowardly, so I got a job and supported my family best I could.

During the summer of my junior year I started to go to these small parties weekly with my friends. I made a lot friends and got closer with the ones I had. It was a period of about 3 months. That whole period was one of the best in my life.
