INDIANA MEET-UP THREAD!!!!
Hey bitches, we need an Indiana thread. These have never been very successful in my experience, but this time will totally be different I swear. So post age, sex, location, what you're looking for, contact info maybe, etc. Or just whatever, you know how this works why am I giving you instructions, goddamn.
Anyway, I'm 28. Male. 317, living on the eastside of Indianapolis at the moment. Would love to make some new friends, find some people to hang out with occasionally. Gonna have the next couple weeks off from my main job, so will be doing some work online from home. Really looking for reasons to get out of the house, find something to do. Mainly interested in hanging out with women, because yeah, would love to fuck around too. But will at least hang out with anyone.
I like trying all the various craft breweries around the city, or maybe just going bowling, or to Dave & Busters. Hell, even just a movie. I'm on the quiet side, it takes a while for me to open up to people unfortunately. So activities are generally better than sitting at a bar or restaurant. Always up for trying new things though and finding random fun stuff around the city.
So yeah, Indiana thread, GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
I'm into good beer and metal. Not really into hooking up or anything. Just want to meet up with people that are interested in the same things.
I plan on going to a couple of places on Sunday (The District Tap and Deviate Brewing). If anyone wants to meet up at either, let me know and I'll post my kik. Or, I'm thinking of possibly going to La Margarita in Fountain Square tomorrow (Saturday) during the afternoon, possibly around 1-2pmish.
Indiana City's one of my favorites, but there's so many I haven't tried. Really like Wooden Bear out in Greenfield also. Thinking about heading up to Books N Brews sometime this weekend. The few times I've been they've always been spectacular, really should visit more often.
IC is pretty cool, especially since they host some metal shows every now and then (such as one on Wednesday). Considering you're on the East side, hit up Black Acre. They make a ton of quality stuff.
I've been there once or twice. Always forget about the damn place for some reason. Black Acre and some Jockamo's is good times though, just never think to go there. Probably the closest place to me too
Definitely go more often then. Central State (who brews at B.A.'s new facility) has some stuff there too.
You going to see Defeated Sanity tomorrow?
There's more to do, like go to one of the breweries and/or bars I mentioned above. If you're into Metal, there's some good shows coming up within the next couple of months. And there's other things...
Chill, whatever, vidya if you're down
D reporting in , central indy
Metal is quite diverse. It'll take a while to explain/give a lot of examples, which I don't feel like doing right now.
But anyway, here's one band from the UK that's playing in town on 3/2.
Fairly surprised this thread still exists.
Ugh, last day of going in to work for like 3 weeks, gonna be working from home. Shit sucks, I'm apparently one of the few people who would prefer to go in to work.
Wow, how is this thread still alive. Barely clinging to life, yes, but alive.
Soooooo.... Anyone wanna get together for sexy-fun-times? Or you know, just get together for whatever normal people do?
In terms of meeting people to hang out and such? Not sure. I'm 25 and a lot of the people I hang/talk with is due in part to being in the beer community. There's a group on Facebook for everyone in the city/state that like beer, but the only problem is that you have to know someone that's already in the group to be added.
My issue is the main way people around my age seem to meet is at nightclubs where I maintaining a conversation is awkward. Why did I choose vidya and anime to be my main hobbies.
For me, I have never been to a nightclub and I have no intentions on doing so. There are A LOT of people who are into vidya and anime in Indianapolis.
I'm sure there are groups on FB geared towards both of those that you can join.
No matter how often I find an Indiana thread, there seems to be nobody in area 574.
oh, and uh 18/m/574 straight
Haven't had a friend outside of the misses in years so my social skills are shit, starting a new career soon, but would like to start a podcast in a year or so and would like a second mic. I'm terribly anti-social and can be egotistical and rude. If you can put up with that, hit me up.
I like video games but can barely stand to play them anymore(maybe couch co-op?). I'm learning to sing and play bass, but I'm awful at both. If you give me an idea, I'll generally find a way to make it happen.
Would you just look at that ID...
I feel your pain, dude.
This is incredible. However, you gotta give the guy credit for no "silly boys add me on snapchat for a fun time! lol just looking to have fun in town xdddD :3" At least he's just lonely and wants friends.
