I also teach in a university and am often attracted to a student or two (or more), they are only like 10 years younger than me after all. I have never pursued it for fear of career damage and social embarrassment but oh god the fantasies. If she seems like she's into you she might well be but it may be that nothing happens until she's no longer teaching you. Got to be worth exploring if she's giving you the signals! I'll just go back to being jealous now lol
