Anon here. Yes, do need to work legs. And thanks about the "future boyfriend comment." I'm also in my mid 30's. I don't smoke, I drink rarely, and I don't use drugs. 6 months ago, I was regularly 198 lbs. I now weigh 168. I simply quit eating as much food and I do need to work up to 75, I think I'll do it and post an image in a week. My point is, if you need to lose weight, don't consume more calories than what your body burns and be somewhat active. I'll be damned if my body goes to shit as I close in on 40 if I could have helped it.
