my m8 looks a lot like you but probably weighs a bit less, honestly. You don't look bad at all, but lose a bit of weight, trim your hair, np. Ya got decent skin, hair color and features, it's just the proportions.

other than that, you've got it all covered
your face looks symmetrical, your eyes, mouth and nose all look allright, you're not balding or anything
it's just the chubby cheeks that are your problem, and dropping 3-4kg would fix that

Lose some weight and get another haircut, get different glasses, workout a bit and you would look tons of times better
