Anyone way to speed up the rate of ignition?
I've covered the starting fuel (paper) in lighter fluid but it doesn't seem to want to light.
Any tips?

How does paper covered in lighter fluid not light? Throw a match on it and watch it burn. Maybe take multiple matches or a lighter and set the edges on fire til it can keep a flame. Maybe you need more kindling.
