It is a very real perception. It's accurate, it's wrong, but accurate. People genuinely seem to believe that a woman's "value" can be directly attributed to her age. Which, at least as an oldfag, is terribly wrong. Anything less than 21 is nearly intolerable for me, and that's my far limits. I'm far more comfortable at 25ish and older.
