Just in last fall I dropped a 200 ml volumetric flask, a glass stopper, a drying tube and a rotovap adapter. I also lit a ring stand made of cork on fire after placing a freshly flame-dried ~800C flask on it. Then I managed to nearly flood my lab when the rubber tubing in my distillation setup came loose.
