Low-fat diet graph is general, and the electromagnetic radiation cancer correlation graph I believe is from the Sydney TV towers study - though it could be somewhere else, as the same has been found in different places around the world (I think LA was another)

the daily recommended amount varies for everybody, someone who is 5 ft tall won't need as much nutrients as someone who is 6ft tall
I need link for EM graph
also, a general rule for nuclear sciences is: if it's ionizing (can break chemical bonds) then it's cancerous.

forgot to include that all visible light counts as EM radiation and you yourself emit IR radiation

Don't forget that all food emits radiation. Guess we should stop eating guise.

No matter what your stature, 600 IU/day Vitamin D is nowhere near sufficient. 5000-6000 IU is what you need (4000 IU at a bare minimum).
That 's actually only about 5 minutes of full-body exposure at noon in summer, or 20 minutes on a cloudy winter day. This is what humans have naturally adapted to, but the "enlightened" "scientists" and "authorities" tell us they know better and that you should cover every bit of your body up with clothing and sunscreen and NEVER EVER go into the sun at noon.
Same goes for salt. The recommendation is a *maximum* of 2300mg, and they say only 500mg or something like that is necessary. The truth is ~5000mg is necessary, and guess how much it's been found that the average person would normally eat each day if they don't bother themselves with this low salt bullshit? That's right, you guessed it.
I looked for the source of the radiation graph, and it's from the 'Sutra Tower study' (San Francisco)
The graph itself seems to have been created by this guy:

Going by your logic, sticking your head in a microwave and turning it on would be harmless because it is EM radiation.
Obviously the radiation emitted by a TV or mobile phone tower or WiFi device is not the same as radiation emitted from a donut, but as radiation emitted from a microwave isn't the same

Sorry, I forgot to denote, 'harmless' EM radiation
Is there any board that /pol/ won't shit up? Please fuck off and die.

>Present inconvenient but factual findings on a science board regarding the science of nutrition
>Get lambasted by random anon in 14-word response telling me to 'fuck off and die!' as a sole contribution to the discussion
I wonder what kind of person would be so infuriated by the dissemination of these facts that they would feel compelled to type out and make such a post

It just so happens that following the RDI of 600 IU Vitamin D increases mortality almost 3-fold in comparison to 6000 IU
..but of course, it's pure coincidence!
