Only if those traits are favorable for survival. That is, only humans that are self-sufficient, social outcasted and asexual. Welp, that last one doesn't seem to fit in our current evolutionary line.

I don't think you really understand evolution too well. That's like asking, what's the chance of humans evolving wings and fire breath

Boil the rhizomes of plants to rid the toxic alkaloids, consuming the starch. Foraging for endemic food stuffs. Developing a shelter next to a water source, or building a hand pump for ground water.

Sooner or later you're gonna need to fabricate clothes, and bake earthen-ware pottery for cooking. If you know how prospect for ores, and the proper regents to extract metals using a kiln, you could manufacture tools to carve out a cave, and shape rock.

You could also fire-set a rock, and splash water on it to embrittle it's face, and use a regular rock to chip away.

Goal would be to have a daily means of sustenance.
