I had similar problems with WileyPlus, about 1/15 questions were bad. The teacher didn't care or pay further attention to it. At the end he curbed the homework grades.

Yes, I did multiple times. Every time I found a bad question I would report it next day in class or in his office hours. Go during his office hours and report a bad question, tell him to give you extra points so that it will cover the bad question. Have him solve the question first, so he can see it.

You need to use the bold i,j,k for webassign to consider it correct. Its on the toolbar that Webassign provides.

I've only had to use it three times, all three were for economics electives I used to fill up a gen ed requirement.
