they are from farm fish, thoroughly inundated with contaminants. spend the money you would spend on fish oil on something mentioned above and you'll be better off.

I don't trust too many pills, pop the odd multivit once in a while if I feel my diet is shit, vit C once in awhile.
I hear tell some vitamins need to be activated with certain foods. I think fish oils are probably for real explaining the Eskimos darker skin pigment and sometimes pure fish diet. Sunlight helps, basement dwelling neckbeards are you listening? Then again, who wants to live forever?
