Hate: Debugging code when trying to implement/test whatever

Everyone ever hates unit test.
Love is more independent so I'd say graphics programming that shits fun... First raytracer is like ooooooo
>>
>what do you love the most in your studies?
Logic, semantics, λ-calculus, type systems, automata theory, category theory

>what do you hate the most in your studies?
Programming, networks, operating systems

Graph theory, complexity theory, algorithms are all right
>>
Love memes. Hate homework.

>There's tons of jobs in CS and IT and it's a really good field in terms of job security. Plus you can also make some really cool stuff.

>I am absolutely the slowest learner of anything CS related, from programming to networking.

No seriously, back in uni I wanted to cry because I struggled to figure out why HelloWorld.java works the way it does. It was 4 years of Hell.

Research opportunities. All labs want the enthusiastic and competent CS guy(to code matlab obviously). Got to work on pretty cool things. Got into really cool control theory and computer vision stuff.

>what do you hate the most in your studies?
Industry applications and culture. Its webdev and ripping people off with requirements engineering experience as leverage over inexperienced clients. Everyone thinks CS and tech is an easy path to building a money tree. It attracts a lot of shitty business.
