Typically most things are accessible, but when they're not I'm just bitter and angry.
There was a number of IEEE and aerospace papers I REALLY wanted to read, but no access= you're fucked 90% of the time.
Especially if they're old or low traffic.
Nobody else has them.
I could never pay $20-$50/paper for dozens of them each time I pick up a project.

The library of the university, free access to any journal I ever needed
Try finding the author's homepage, there's a lot of free stuff posted personally.
Kids today ! Yep, everything on the internet should be free.
You just wait - coming soon - pay per site, orchestrated by the ISP's and search engines - then you are fucked.

Jesus fuck. Science papers should be free. There's a stronghold on them by the publishers. $150 for a paper where $0 goes to the author(s) is Grade-A Prime Bullshit.
