Is there such a thing as a Tree View Organizer Editor, or a Flowchart Editor that will let me hide specific branches whenever I want to?

I want to use it to categorize arts, sciences, crafts, recreative activities, etc in some sort of hierarchical or flowchart structure.

Any ideas?
Also, if anyone would like to help me with this, feel free to be part of it!

i also got mindmanager but 2016 edition is more flowchart stuff.

found a tree style editor called treepad. maybe try that out? im kinda curious now too.
