Would being more swole help prevent against injury in a car crash?

I keep hearing that bracing for impact and tensing your muscles increases the risk of injury. If this is true, wouldn't being more swole increase your risk of injury because it makes your body more rigid?

in general muscles absorb impact, more muscles == less damage
being swole also just makes you healthier in general, you'll heal faster and shit

How can i prove that earth isn't flat with integrale?

i don't think you can definitely prove it, it's a question still open to debate.

It's for highschool students, i was thinking to use gravitational force and show how g change in every points in the flat earth
>>
>>8969649
Well integrating analytically anything other than some basic mass shapes will be nigh impossible. I recommend integrating over a disc and a ball and showing that on a disc, the intensity is non-homogeneous near the surface, which would mean that we would observe different gravitational acceleration in different spots on Earth. I would also point out that the flat earth would work if and only if the plane would be (nearly) infinite.

That's moronic. Imagine wanting to become president, and getting a degree in presidentology to prepare. You don't do that, you take political science and specialize.
Do mechanical or electrical. Meme degrees exist, don't fall for them.

Robotics and mechatronics degrees are honestly some of the lowest level engineering degrees I've ever seen (at least in my country). Listen to >>8969468 and do mechanical/electrical and when you graduate, do one more year in a MSc in whatever field you wanna specialize in

well according to my continuum mechanics professor who admitted they had a low IQ, like marginally above retarded, the only out is to study a lot. So hard that your hands bleed. So hard that you lose all your social skills and become a machine only capable of doing math.

You can donate by updating your dirver's license, but you'd probably have to work out an agreement with a specific university beyond that,

Are you talking after death? Yes. I'm a funeral director and body donations happen every so often. It works a bit differently in Canada. Universities will accept body donations but won't pay for them so it's not like you get a free funeral out of it like a lot of people think. Also, it happens on a case-by-case basis and the universities have the right to refuse donations and that also occurs regularly.

What happens is that at the time of death, once the wishes for donation are known, the funeral home contacts nearby universities that accept body donations and answer a questionnaire regarding the deceased's cause of death and lifestyle. They tend to refuse anyone who is fat, emaciated, had major surgeries in the past, died of cancer or organ failure, was a smoker or drinker, or anyone who has been dead for more than a day or so.

I've heard in America people will buy bodies to do who knows what with them, but that's illegal in Canada under laws preventing "an indecency to a dead human body".

As an aside, the crosses in that photo are of St. Peter's Cross which is a symbol regularly used by many Christians.

It's like you are in a little shitty canoe floating stupidly in a calm lake whose depths contain the tortured souls of generations of number theorists who made the same mistakes.

Also, why is searching for primes so comfy?
Protip: That is no longer the case. The days where you could find new primes by pen and paper while sitting in the back of a stagecoach are long over.

Today finding primes involves dark rituals in the perverse art of arithmetic geometry and analytical number theory. So much for the theoretical part, at the end of the day you also need to do insane calculations on clusters of supercomputers with a heat output making the ice caps blush.

Reacently i had a dream but it was a luicid dream so i controled myself and it felt like real life. I was able to use all my senses i felt, heard, smelled, i could see and taste and it got me thinking. Since im just a beta male that watches anime all day i thought about the nerve gear from SAO and my dream was basicly a simulated realty, could we recrate what they did in SAO and make a brain computer interface that puts us in a simulated realty (output) where we control a avatar (input) and use all of our senses? Its possibly because our brain does it when we sleep. I thought about it for a month and this is my ideas so far

·we have to get the body into REM sleep so we arent moving irl

·Its probably smarter to use the neck because all of the brains messeges that go to our nody go through the neck and we dont risk damging the brain

Thoughts?

I've always been skeptical about lucid dreams since I don't think I've ever had one. Is a dream being lucid a binary feature or are there 'levels' of lucidity? Is there proof these even exist outside of self-reports?

Serious question, why is pic related not a valid counterexample of the Four Color Theorem? This isn't bait, this is me legitimately trying to understand.

-Shapes must have the same color throughout.

-You cannot have the same color on both sides of a border.

Ergo, if a shape borders itself, (eg. two concentric circles with a single line connecting two points, one on each circle, that doesn't bisect the inner circle) then you will never be able to follow both of the above rules, no matter how many colors you use.

What am I missing?
