That's not exactly how it works. UVB rays need to hit your skin with a certain intensity in order for you to produce vitamin d. That's a problem during winter because the angle of the sun is much lower then and the UVB intensity is a fraction of that during summer. Not the mention that clouds also reduce the UVB intensity up to 90% if they are really thick.
And now this article essentially claims that despite all these circumstances, there is still enough UVB to produce vitamin d during winter.

Now I have already asked my question in the OP, so if someone could give me some good input on that I'd really appreciate it since it's an interesting topic for me.

So that would be 14. If you do not count class time as studying then only 6. However, I must warn you that of those 6 hours only about 2 are studying material for my classes. The rest are me reading books in advanced topics for my own pleasure and doing the problems, and me looking for any kind of result that can be proven using what I already know. Like. Suppose that A(n) = number of odd numbers smaller than n and B(n) = number of even numbers smaller than n then [math] \sum_{n=2} ^{\infty} \frac{1}{A(n)B(n)} = \frac{\pi^2 + 6}{6} [/math]. I did that two days ago, but it is pretty trivial though.

I have auto-immune Addison's(adrenal failure) and Hashimoto's hypothyroid. For a while I was scared to breed and pass on my genes but I am now of the opinion that my illnesses could be partially environmentally triggered. In the future these illnesses could be treated or stopped before manifestation.

When I was young I did not eat very healthy. Lots of processed meat hot dogs, salami. All white bread and lots of processed cheese.

I am broke as fuck right now so I still wat like shit. Eventually when I have a better income stream I plan to mainly vegan and gluten free.

I was gluten free for 3 years and stopped because I like pizza and beer. During that time I lost lots of weight and was very healthy. I had a persistent rash going on 5 years that disappeared on the diet.

I reallt hate anyone that gives a person shit for eating a special diet. I am of the opinion that you have 100% control over what you put in your body.

Also there are studies that sugguest auto immune disorders stem from the ultra clean environments we live in. Introduction of a pathogen or parasite into an auto-immune persons body can mitigate the disorder. The immune system is used to fighting lots of bacteria and such in ancient times now we have hardly any exposure to bacteria.

Can someone give me a function f(x) that behaves like this?

I'd really appreciate it if I don't have to jump through hoops in order to define the function; I asked this in the last thread and got referred to the Dirac delta function, which I have no idea how to use. (The Kronecker function was also brought up, but I want [math]f[/math] to be defined in the [positive] reals.)

Alternatively, if you know how the Dirac delta function can be used to find this function, I'd be grateful if you could find it and tell me what it is (an explanation would be helpful, but would only be optional in this case)
