Have you tried MyFitnessPal? It's a pretty great app/website for weight loss. I keep my deficit -500kcal which works out to 1lb/week ... which is slow enough where I'm not starving or low on energy. So the weight comes off slow but is easy on me.

There's a sleep thing you put on your eyes to help you dream, and some "engineers" put 6 leds in it and it should help you start lucid dreaming easily because the leds will shine on your closed eyes and you will automatically remember that you put that thing on your eyes and you take control of your dreams

it's all cool and dandy until you find out it costs 100 dollass

that looks really crazy, i didn't know there was such a science behind lucid dreaming.
i don't do it myself for the same reason i only did acid once (don't think i'm in the right place mentally for those sorts of things), but i keep hearing only cool shit about lucid dreaming.
i guess for someone that REALLY cares 100 dollars is acceptable, but i'd be bummed out if i bought that and it ended up doing nothing for me.

For anyone that's not affraid of losing all social status what so ever, there is a facebook group called Cara Delevingne fans and they post so many pics, some are even pretty rare hahaha

it's supposed to work with your REM cycle so when you start your REM phase the thing starts blinking and you should be basically dreaming, and that's when you take control

it's weird, most guides ask you to write down your dreams or check your time etc.

i find it really hard to remember my dreams, i really wish there was an active drug that could help make the process faster (medical drug) not acid.
