Spent a while hunting down everything I can find on her and hoping some out there can add. I know she used to have a FetLife that some explicit stuff in it.
Before you post your expressions of disgust, I'm already aware that for many if not most this is not to your taste. A lot of people do find her attractive in spite of (or because of) her strange appearance. This post is for them.

Its doubtful that such a deformity was caused by FAS. Her Nasion is much broader than you'd find in even moderate cases of FAS yet her Philtrum is normal. To have such a broad Nasion and no malformations of the mouth, eyes or brain damage is basically unheard of with FAS.
She clearly has Hypertelorism of the eyes but its a fairly mild case in my opinion. Google it and you will see how bad it can be. It would be impossible to say what the case is and there can be many. It might simply be a fluke of development not attributable to any single cause.
What I find surprising is that she is clearly living in a developed country (probably the US) yet she was allowed to grow to adulthood without having this problem corrected. Either her parents were poverty stricken, delinquent in their duties or the same kind of wingnuts that refuse 'western' medical treatments such as vaccinations.

Ugh, that makes it worse. I was assuming she was in the US because our hearth care system is so dysfunctional. Canada's system has it problems but they would generally get something like this corrected at little to no cost to her parents. I wonder why they didn't correct the problem when she was young...

Yeah, I don't know - I'm guessing it's probably likely a scenario like you describe. In a way I'm glad they didn't as it makes her different - it's not WHY I find her attractive, but I do find her more interesting and attractive because of it, and at no point do I think it's a detriment or anything negative whatsoever. That said, I think the reason is that she seems bright and comfortable in her photos, and she accentuates the features instead of hiding them. Was it irresponsible of her parents to not fix it? Who's to say? I don't know her situation - or know her at all - so anything I have to say is a guess at best.
