I started getting up at 4am/5am and now I sleep by 4pm/5pm. I was trying to fix my sleep schedule and I got on the oap schedule. Today is my day off the gym it's nearly 5am and I recently woke up. JUST.
I'm gonna have one of these. toasted bun, and onion chutney to improve it. Then maybe I'll go for a walk when the sun is out.
That's literally what I used to do.
Problem is I miss dinner this way. (i'm catered at uni). Your sleep schedule was mine till like a week ago.
Wake up at at 2-4pm go to get at 5-7am. It really doesn't make a different when you're neet and live in the UK, its dark here in the winter no matter what time you wake up.
I kind of like the twilight hours, its quieter and net traffic is less so I get better ping/download speed. Perfect for gaming.
It's about the same at uni. I can talk to some normies at dinner time some times and there are a couple of lame societies I can go to at like 6/7pm twice a week. otherwise there is no reason to have a normal schedule. I just want one.
So basically like McDonalds then. If anything soy protein probably makes them healthier desu.
I had a lot of problems with napping even though I think it's probably a good thing
I started meditating instead an I think as you get better at it it gets more refreshing than trying to nap if you keep fucking it up
