Does anyone else feel like they're heavier than they should be? I get that I'm a little chunky and I do have a bit of muscle but 240lbs is a lot of mass and I don't see it in the mirror. I see guys taller and fatter than me that weigh less.

Instead of that I order a pizza and a soda and I eat the whole pizza and soda in a day. You know how many calories a pizza has? Around 2200, the soda is 800 so OK this day I didn't loose any weight but didn't vain either. Next day I have breakfast some coffee, on and toast or a croissant and skip lunch and have some ramen for dinner That's around 600 calories, I lost a lot of weight that day It's all about compensating you get me?

So fatbros, what health problems do you have and how do you deal with them? I have a fair few but it is worth to be eating what I want, then I want.
I have the following issues
>Back pain Constant, especially after walking around. Usually I'll have an ice cream if it hurts too much and smear some of it over my back to ease the pain
>Throat pains from too much dry food Makes talking quite difficult at times. If it becomes a problem I will usually chop up some throat lozenges and eat them with my chips so I don't get a sore throat
>Dehydrated I don't like water so this is a problem. However I have some candy apples, and apples are mostly water so I try to have one if it is night and I wake up thirsty
>Toenails growing into toe fat This really fucking hurts, I usually have my feet soaking in a tub of warm water to help but whenever I go out I just ignore it.
>Crust and dead skin on the soles of my feet The crust hurts to touch. I usually 'ignore it' by purchasing a cherry pie and peeling the crust away then eat the pie quickly. I then tell myself the crust is because I stood in the pie and the thought of tasty pie eases the pain.
>Armpit shoulder swap Hard to explain but my armpits are so flabby that the hair seems to have stopped growing and they look like shoulders whereas I have hair on my shoulders and they look like armpits. Not something I can help.

>>26464475 I eat fruit because I like fruit. Fiber and some of the stuff attached to it really do slow sugar absorption. There's always sugar in you. All carbohydrates are eventually broken down to glucose. Unless you're one of those keto weirdos with nasty breath.
I'm about 100kg. Very little muscle. I have those damned stretch marks since I got fat so I can't even swim this stuff away. Got a training bike and I'm dedicated to do at least one hour a day. Even set up my PC in front. So I can't do computer stuff without being on the bike (lower barrier). It's gone quite well so far. I'm doing 30km/h for about 30 minutes straight now before I collapse. According to the bike anyway.
But I don't know shit about diet. How do I even know how much food I need? My stomach doesn't tell me anymore obviously.
