Upper back and neck stretches. Also did a bunch of yoga but for forward head you mainly want to stretch your upper back and neck and train your neck muscles. Try standing straight against a wall so that your heels, back and back of your head touch the wall.

I used to have Thoracic Kyphosis pretty bad until I bought a weight bench.
I should state, I'm not even /fit/ but I'd use it every 2 days for only half an hour, work up and sweat then hop in the shower. I had no intention of getting a big chest or getting ripped or anything, I just bought it because I was bored most days and wanted something to do.
