Means absolutely nothing if you don't know what your TDEE is. I average about 2600 calories a day (Mainly food) but I've been working out for a good couple months. Only throw in one scoop of 100% whey a day with a glass of milk.
Still skinny, but a strong skinny who can OHP 50kg, and squat 110kg and DL 140kg.

I was actually quite surprised when i started browsing /fit/, what i found out was;

This is why lots of people who started things like SS/SL ended up getting fat as fuck. Taking their horrible advice and eating a fuck-load.
Those losers wanted me to eat 5-6k calories a fucking day, while my TDEE was 1200.
Don't get me wrong, you can build a nice lean body with a good routine and diet, but you CANNOT get zyzz ripped without steroids or decades of lifting. They push unrealistic goals on people, claim it's the result of hardwork but leave out their little secret ingredient they inject themselves with

I honestly feel like I eat a reasonable amount of food. Three square meals a day, some snacks here and there + coffees with milk.
Yet when I worked it out once, a few years ago now, on myfitnesspal it only came out ~2100 calories. I have no idea how people manage to eat so much.
I actually do know quite a bit about that, but i never really count calories. As of yet, i have not gained a much fat, and with my genetics it will be hard to ever do so.
Right now my goal is to get to around 80-85kg and then loose the tiny bit bellyfat to reaveal a glorious sixpack.

It's actually pretty easy if you're adding things with high cals.
A handful of walnuts is 200 calories and that's not a whole lot of food.
Another one is using more oil in your cooking. 120 cals for only a tbsp of olive oil.
Shitty food is high in calories like two oreos for 160 cals.
