Amuses the fuck out of me now when i see other kids doing the same, especially ones thinking they will squat anywhere close above their body-weight without a hassle (especially the skinny guys). People don't know just how hard it is in the gym and doing it with correct form, and how hard it is keeping a steady diet and not missing a day.

Protein shakes I throw up. Breakfast I throw up, or I just shit in the morning with too much nausea to eat. Then during the day I feel full, and sometimes I won't even eat lunch. If I do I normally take a shit right after or never finish it all. Then I may eat a small sandwich for dinner or something and some chips, and that's about it.
This fucking sucks. Doctors, with all 5 expensive as fuck tests and x-rays have come up with nothing. Might as well an hero senpaitachi.
lifting is stupid bullshit for meatheads It does nothing to help your health in the long term unlike cardio and basic strength exercises like push ups and pull ups I'll enjoy my healthy lifestyle while you fuck up your back and develop heart disease so you can impress some stupid normie whores
