Daily reminder that militant atheism is the greatest force of evil the world has ever known.
Communism is the logical conclusion of atheist "enlightenment". It's essentially atheist shariah.
>Be Catholic church leader
>Population overthrows king because he is an incompetent cunt
>France is invaded by everyone, Royalists try to rise up constantly
>French government asks you to promise you won't try to incite rebellion
>Act as though it was wrong for them to execute you
Republicans and Communists didn't choose state Atheism, they had little choice as for both the Russian and French revolutions the church heavily supported the monarchy since the monarchy was conservative and kept the church in power as a major influence in politics.
>some pure qt catholic nuns having lesbian orgies is a danger to the revolution
>be Catholic Church/feudal lord/king
>kill millions of people through pointless wars, conquest, and enslavement
>some edgy kids who don't like me execute a few thousand people
>"STOP THE MADNESS GUYS!"
Kill yourself you reactionary faggot, Evola is shit too
This. Religion has, over several millennia, accumulated a list of cruelties and indignities that make even the worst massacres of the 20th century pale in comparison. Notice that these threads never bring up the Cathars, Aztec human sacrifice, or the Divine Right of Kings to be total assholes.
>monarchs rule people
>monarchs are living the good life while everyone else suffers
>church still supports them
>religious get killed
>oy vey evil atheist french, how dare they kill the unjust
Yep, it's not like religions had a violent history themself.
Early Muslims were much more tolerant and kind than anyone they conquered.
True. At best atheists can come up with wars involving Christians hundreds of years ago. Meanwhile atheists today are running rampant and committing atrocities much worse than the wars they cite.
I suppose that's true in most cases, that was a bad example. How about this instead?
Oh, alright. I didn't know that there weren't any Christian terrorists. Thanks.
I'm an atheist and an ancap. I'd gladly don Teutonic armor and slaughter commies if given the opportunity. I'm fine with religion and actually admire some of the art it inspired. We're not all edgelords from Reddit.

the subjugation of human beings to ideas and rulers (whether they exist or not) is the greatest force of evil the world has ever known, prove me wrong
good question, I don't think you'll ever find an answer to that one
While atheistic society would have been very beneficial in terms war, many of our beliefs in fiction would be completely lost. Also Communist turns Nationalism into the recommended (Sometimes Mandatory) religion, often with it's own fictitious dogma. Attempting a anti-religious society would be SOOO much easier with a fascist community.
>would violate the NAP, act as a de facto state, and destroy all freedom of speech
Woah, maybe people are right when they say the libertarian right don't actually care about freedom!
But what about elected rulers?
>more nationalist than fascism
>But what about elected rulers?
If you sell yourself into slavery, you're still a slave. The idea of elected rulers is just plain illogical and utopian as well. We never see who is actually doing everything, the people behind public programs, the economy and so on. It's all put behind this one "great man" figurehead that exists for no reason other than itself. A president or prime minister is just another example of the ability of power to change its appearance in order to preserve itself.
the point is that we find ways to make it so that you don't have to choose between the two, also Hobbes' view of what the state of nature is like doesn't really give the whole picture
