a person with high muscle mass should eat more protein than usual, and a fat person should still support his body mass otherwise he will starve, they completely disregard tho things
they also tell you to eat 3 times a day which is usually not a good setup for someone that is starting to work out since he have to even eat more, and divide those big meals into small meals during the day to keep hunger low.
