The point is that the more makeup you need to use the more average you are. Attractive women can skip the heavy concealer and foundation for some eyeliner and lipstick. But that's if they take care and moisturize their skin.
If girls do none of that then they need to wear tons of makeup making them average. Not every woman will wear heavy coats of makeup. You can even tell if you talk to them.
