There's a hierarchy of racism. Holocaust at the top, followed by naggers, and then whites are at the bottom. If he made a hateful video about Arabs or Chinese, it would be seen as rude and distasteful, but it wouldn't be "disgusting and offensive hatred." If he made a hateful video about whites, it would be seen as acceptable, funny, and morally just.
