Even if he did, the prosecution was fucking awful and everyone involved should lose their jobs. Based on how the trial went down, he should have been given not guilty 100%.
yes, he probably did. a lot of people seem to think the point of the documentary was to prove he is innocent, it's not, the point was to show how fucked up that particular police department is and how reasonable doubt doesn't seem to mean anything in in the court system
The jury was a bunch of backwoods fucks who think "DA COPS ARE GOOD BOYS DEY DINDU NUFFIN"
They could have had a handwritten letter from the sheriff saying he planted evidence and they still would have found Avery guilty.
