Actually this anon has a strong point.
Being filmed without your consent could potentially constitute as sexual harassment. Secondly, her showing you her breasts, without your consent could definitely constitute as sexual harassment. Thirdly, combined that it was filmed and posted on a pornographic website, against your consent, without your knowledge you were being filmed, you could sue, without any fucking problem, on a sexual harassment charge.
Please seek legal council anon. You could make this girl suffer, anyone involved with recording the video suffer, and make some beaucoup bucks while you're at it.
>I don't have a camera
OP is faggot confirmed. Everyone go home now.
This. Make this roastie fucking suffer.
He was in a public space. Those rules only apply if you're being filmed without consent in your home or something. If you could sue someone for taking pictures of you in a public space then I could potentially get rich from the amount of family vacation photos I accidently photobomed.
I remember getting this video off of Limewire YEARS back when I highlighted/downloaded every video with the tag porn.
I'm sure the guy in this video could have made easy cash if he knew it existed.
Agreed except for socialism. That's the only thing that could theoretically save the planet, because western civilisation is currently on fire and nobody smells the smoke yet, thanks to unfettered capitalism
Nah I actually want it to be kept up. It's something you can kind of brag about I guess.
I also don't really think that showing someone your tits should be a legal issue. Not sure I'd even want to pursue anything here.
because western civilisation is currently on fire and nobody smells the smoke yet, thanks to unfettered socialism
when will you guys learn that open borders to a welfare state never works?
Don't be smart anon. You're not the subject of those photographs. There was clear intent that he was the subject of the video. The only non consenting party in the frame.
This is the exact reason why rape victims don't come forward. They are scared of being embarrassed or not believed. OP is the victim of a crime.
Public defenders are only provided in instances of criminal cases, that is if you're accused of a crime by the state. I believe this would be considered a civil lawsuit, so a lawyer would not be appointed to you by the court. However, you could find an attorney that may provide council pro bono or at a discounted rate, or based on the outcome of the trial. For example there are attorneys who represent primarily male litigants in the instances of custody hearings, divorces, alimony, etc. Or if you have a law school near where you live, you may start there. 3Ls are eager for work. (although they can not stand before a judge, they could steer you in the right direction.)
You mean to tell me you're walking at the park when some guy jumps out of the woods with his dick swinging in the wind, and they'll just get him on "indecent exposure"
It is the intent that is at fault here, not the action. The intent is to reveal herself sexually to him without his consent.
BEST MOTHERFUCKING SERIES ON THE INTERNET? FUCK YES.
The episodes only get better.
You said Smartphone though.
Limewire was still going in 2004 and it was around this time it was released.
This video was part of my first internet porn fap session, how could I forget it anon.
Not a strong point in the slightest.
>Being filmed without your consent could potentially constitute as sexual harassment.
As other anons have pointed out, he's filmed in a public space. Sexual harassment laws only really apply to the workplace (and school settings), so there goes that idea.
>Secondly, her showing you her breasts, without your consent could definitely constitute as sexual harassment.
Again, it's not sexual harassment that's the law for a public setting, it's lewd and lascivious conduct (or something like that), which isn't really something you can sue for, as it's criminal and not civil.
>Thirdly, combined that it was filmed and posted on a pornographic website, against your consent, without your knowledge you were being filmed, you could sue, without any fucking problem, on a sexual harassment charge.
It's not sexual harassment, but there might be something in posting a pornographic video of someone without their consent, given the right state and proper wording of revenge-porn laws. That might be actionable, if and only if he has the ability to find the perpetrator because (and lets be perfectly honest here) the cops sure as hell won't do it.
So what we're left with are a couple criminal charges that never stick for women unless they're caught in the act by a police officer and usually it's only tacked-on because they're doing something else illegal at the time as well and being a nuisance. Then there's a possible revenge-porn case that will never be made because OP has to live in the right state, with the right wording on the law, with an attorney willing to represent him on this case, and a judge that won't just fucking throw it out of court, especially since he'll never ever find the offending parties.
Robots don't get to win, guys. We've been through this over and over. Someone is going to be the patsy, the rube, the mark, or whatever, and it's always going to be the weirdo.
>BRO.. REALLY DUDE
Motherfucking women. If they don't want to be raped why don't they behave properly at least. Do that in an muslim country and see what happens. All women are whores and men are KEKS.
tfw some female classmate once made this "prank" too like two years ago, but it wasn't intended as a prank and she had her bra on.
ROASTIES FUCKING DESTROYED
