One of my favorite memories is having an early dismissal during a blizzard and walking with my friends to the house of the one who lived closest to the school. When we got there we made grilled cheeses and played Goldeneye N64, Warcraft and a Naruto game in Japanese because one of them had a swap magic disc for the GameCube.

Eh, maybe. I think things today are better in a lot of ways (style, music, film, television, etc). It helps that we're no longer living in the shadow of 9/11 and that political climate.
