But tuna is only good with mayo :( are them like avocados tho :) like it has many calories but I can use it in a salad so it doesn't matter as much :p

The are not low calorie,

But they do contain a lot of proteins and good fatty acids. So you will feel healthier. Then you will start excersing more, and start losing weight.

i chop them up on a bed of tofu with soy sauce and green onions.

I mash them up then mix them with ketchup and melted cheese

i blend them up with rum and vegetables

In burrito's, with garlic or barbecue sauce!
