A couple of times per day. I'm not even that seriously suicidal, I just have a stressful life, and if something bad happens (like it does every fucking day) I have a flash of an image of myself jumping off a bridge or something and it's like my brain saying "it's okay, you have an escape route planned if you really need it." I find comfort in that.

I think for the vast majority of us, fantasizing about suicide is just a natural extension of depression and isolation, among other things. It will never progress to physical realization. I say that, no matter how many hundreds of times I have pondered or how many dozens of times I have seriously considered it, it means infinitely less than if I had actually tried it or made preparations to do so. I think the same applies to you, fellow robots.
