Was obese a few years back, managed to lose most of it but now my body still looks like shit because I have no muscle. How sad.
If you don't want to gain muscle, gain a little bit of weight back, but don't go beyond bmi of 26. Just stop right before. That will make you look less miserable when naked, skinnyfat is disappointing, but if you aren't the man of negative surprises, partners won't be disappointed by that. Plus, real men have curves.
I haven't stopped drinking, just so we're clear, I've just moved to liquor. Had to be done, I've gained like 20 lbs past this past year which is quite disappointing cause a year ago at was at my skinniest.
