I know a guy on campus that almost always wears a cowboy hat.
He's both crazy and stupid. I mean legitimately mentally ill. In a very ugly way.

A cowboy hat is a way to inform people that you're a reject for valid reasons.

lol I grew up in Texas (Austin) and the only people who I saw wearing "cowboy hats" every day were old ranchers. Most of them looked like this.
