I don't feel like I'm going to improve at all unless I exercise, I'm too autistic to go to a gym though

At most I just do push-ups in my room until I can't move my arms anymore

Today marks a full month and a few days without biting my nails (or eating them/ toe nails too), picking my nose (or eating it), picking scabs (or eating them), picking at my flesh (also eating), smoking tobacco, skipping school, or missing a workout.

I'm feeling pretty OK lately.
