I myself got a cheap one, but managed to reduce from 20 cigs a day to only 4 cigs daily within 5 weeks of vaping.

I tried in the past but threw it away straight away.
Its amazing how once you understand that nicotine is the ONLY thing that keeps you smoking, this stuff actually starts working!
