Dunno, but I have the same urge. Except I don't want to violently murder cute things but rather small things.
When I saw the movie Tinkerbell as a kid, I imagined how I'd tie her up and cut off her limbs and kill her.

That's actually a normal reaction, something about our lizard brain recognizing that they're so weak/pretty much prey and we automatically have an urge to CRUSH AND KILL. I remember crying when I had this urge holding my hamster as a child because I didn't understand it.
