Reasons you're balding is mostly going to be down to testosterone, i.e. your testicles, which you can have removed. It is not that common for it to be due to genetics.

Understandably you probably want to keep your sperm, so you need to find way to lower your testosterone. Do some research on methods. Most common is going to be diet which there is endless suggestions of what to eat and what not to eat. A brief version is less red meats, no soda, more tasteless healthy shit like spinach and kale.

Some other tips I hear regularly is to keep a healthy scalp, if it's dry all the time, hair won't grow. Lightly massage it with a few drops of coconut oil once a week.

You can also take supplements, these are commonly found in hair growth formula that they sell at ridiculous prices.

If you do maintain a healthy diet where you're getting plenty of nutrition then you shouldn't need these but it couldn't hurt.

Important tips are hair treatment, i.e. how you dry it, how you sleep, what you wash it with. A lot of shampoos and hair products contain harmful chemicals which contribute to drying scalps and damaged hair, look for something with little to none. Washing your hair in really hot water and using hair dryers are culprits as well, warm water and natural drying is fine.
